PRV Scope of Work

Lets unpack the critical steps involved in creating an effective and comprehensive scope for remediation projects to achieve a successful Post Remediation Validation outcome.

We begin by identifying key stakeholders integral to the remediation process, setting the stage for a detailed understanding of scope creation. Exploring the fundamental elements, we dive into the essential inclusions of a basic scope, such as addressing water source correction, classifying classes and categories of water, structural drying, and considerations regarding tiles, waterproofing, and floor coverings.

Delving further, we analyse the crucial factors determining the size of damage, implemented controls, and the significance of containment measures. Within containment, we explore varying levels including pressurization, monitoring protocols, and HVAC isolation. What impact providing in-progress oversight can allow and different grades of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and relaying this to the levels of recovery.

Furthermore, we introduce the process of determining the level of recovery required which can define the goals for all trades involved in a microbial events restoration.
